Quick help

• Scan won’t read a label: Get closer, reduce glare, and hold steady for a second. If it still can’t read it, use “Type it in” to enter the price manually.
• Sign in with Apple fails: Confirm you’re signed into iCloud on your device and try again. You can also continue as a guest and sign in later from the You tab.
• Shared list isn’t updating for everyone: All members need an internet connection and to have accepted the share. Re-opening the list forces a refresh.
• Export my data doesn’t produce a file: Make sure Weigh has permission to use the share sheet, then try again from the You tab.
• Camera permission was denied: Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and allow Weigh.

Weigh has no in-app purchases and no advertising SDKs. Use the child pages in this Legal & Support section for the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
