These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Lately (“Lately” or “the App”), provided by Fırat Onurcan Polat (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, purchasing, or using Lately, you agree to these Terms.

1. Apple Standard EULA

Your license to use Lately is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of that conflict.

2. Lately’s Service

Lately helps users select, arrange, preview, and export photo carousels.

Lately does not automatically publish content to Instagram or any other social network. Instagram-style views within the App are private previews only and do not represent a connection, endorsement, or partnership with Instagram or Meta.

You are responsible for reviewing and choosing where exported content is shared.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Lately on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, copy, redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Attempt to interfere with or bypass the App’s purchase verification or security mechanisms
• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes
• Use exported content in a manner that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you use with Lately.
