FocusRoad — Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the FocusRoad mobile application (the "Service," "App") operated by Fırat Onurcan Polat ("I," "my," or "me").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create or generate within the App, including but not limited to your focus sessions, journeys and routes, streaks, achievements, statistics, and any display name you set ("User Content").

• You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service (such as syncing your progress across your devices).

3. Premium Subscriptions ("Road Pass")

The App may offer access to premium features (e.g., unlimited routes, Convoy live progress with friends, advanced Insights, and an ad-free experience) through auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple's App Store.

• Subscription Options: Monthly or Annual access. Current prices are displayed within the App.
• Payment & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

4. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, cloud storage and sync of your focus and journey data (Firestore), and push notifications (Cloud Messaging).
• Apple: For Sign in with Apple and for processing and validating your Road Pass subscription purchases via the App Store.
