Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the HomePlanner - Design Your Home mobile application (the "Service," "App") operated by Fırat Onurcan Polat ("I," "my," or "me").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store within the App, including but not limited to room dimensions, floor plans, furniture layouts, home project names, notes, and uploaded photos of your space ("User Content").

• You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service (such as syncing your designs across your devices).

3. Premium Subscriptions ("HomePlanner Pro")

The App may offer access to premium features (e.g., unlimited projects, advanced furniture catalogs, high-resolution exports) through auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscription Options: Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime access. Current prices are displayed within the App.
• Payment & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, project database (Firestore), and performance monitoring.
• RevenueCat: For managing and validating your Pro subscriptions. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how these services handle your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to store infringing or unlawful material.
