These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Apex: AI Car Photo Video Maker (“Apex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, purchasing from, or using Apex, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Your license to use the iOS application is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms additionally govern your use of the Apex service, cloud features, AI generation, subscriptions, and credits.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Apple Account and device secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your Apex account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

1. YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of photos, videos, vehicle information, prompts, and other content you submit.

You grant Apex a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit your content only as necessary to:

• Operate and secure the service. • Complete your requested AI generation. • Store and restore your creations. • Provide support. • Improve service reliability.

You may submit only content that you own or are legally authorized to use.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not use Apex to:

• Violate any law or third-party right. • Upload content without the necessary ownership or permission. • Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. • Impersonate, deceive, harass, exploit, or harm another person. • Create illegal, abusive, sexually exploitative, or dangerous material. • Bypass security, authentication, credit, payment, or usage restrictions. • Probe, attack, disrupt, or overload the service. • Automate abusive traffic or attempt unauthorized access. • Reverse engineer protected server-side service components. • Resell or commercially redistribute access to Apex without written permission.

We may reject or remove content and restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service protection.

1. AI-GENERATED RESULTS

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or similar to results generated for others.

You must review generated media before publishing or relying on it. Apex does not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, commercially suitable, or appropriate for legal, safety-critical, or professional use.

You remain responsible for how you use and distribute generated content.
