Purchases are processed by Apple. To manage or cancel RepGate Premium, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To restore Premium on a new device, use "Restore" on RepGate's paywall.
Make sure RepGate has Camera access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera, that you have good lighting, and that your whole body is visible in frame. If reps still aren't counting correctly, email us with your device model and iOS version.
Make sure Screen Time access is granted in Settings → Screen Time, and that RepGate isn't restricted there. If an app stays locked after a completed session, try reopening it after a minute, or reach out with details.
