These Terms of Use govern your use of Rouse (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Using Rouse

Rouse helps you schedule alarms and complete optional wake-up missions. You are responsible for checking that your alarms are configured correctly and for maintaining a backup alarm or another reliable wake-up method when timing is important. Device settings, battery level, operating-system behavior, permissions, and other circumstances can affect alarm-related features.

Do not use the App in a way that is unlawful, unsafe, or interferes with other people or services.

Optional purchases

Rouse+ is available through Apple In-App Purchase as a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase.

The monthly subscription includes any trial or introductory offer shown to you in the App Store at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Purchases, refunds, and payment handling are governed by Apple’s terms and policies. To restore an eligible previous purchase, use Restore Purchase in the App.

Intellectual property

The App, its code, design, graphics, sounds, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that every alarm, notification, mission, or purchase feature will operate without interruption or error on every device or in every situation.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update the App or these terms. If we make material changes, we will publish the updated terms with a new effective date.
