This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Lately.
Lately only accesses the photos you explicitly select using Apple’s system photo picker.
Your selected photos are processed on your device to create, arrange, preview, and export photo carousels. Lately does not upload your selected photos to our servers.
Nothing is automatically posted to Instagram or any other social network. Exporting or sharing content only occurs when you initiate it through the iOS share sheet or another system-provided action.
The App may store preferences and current editing state locally on your device. This local information is not used for advertising or tracking.
Lately does not require account registration or social media login.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photo library, or social media credentials through the App.
When you make or restore an in-app purchase, purchase-related information may be processed, including:
