1. Information We Collect

To provide and improve the functionality of HomePlanner, we may collect and process the following types of information:

• Account Information: If you create an account, we process the email address you provide, authentication-provider information, and a unique user ID assigned by Supabase Authentication.
  • If you use Apple Sign-In, we collect authentication information provided by Apple (name/email if permitted).
• User-Generated Content:
  • Project data: Floor plans, scans, and layouts.
  • Media and AI: Chosen content is sent only on request.
  • Project and account data may be stored on your device and, when cloud features are used, in Supabase-backed database and storage services to enable synchronization and recovery.
• Subscription Information:
  • Premium features (HomePlanner Pro) are managed through RevenueCat. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• Usage & Technical Data:
  • Analytics: We process pseudonymous installation, session, screen, feature, funnel, device-category, operating-system, app-version, language, and diagnostic events to improve the app. Meta measurement remains disabled unless you first receive initial value, see our explanation, and grant the required permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Sensitive project content is excluded from Meta events.
  • Performance and diagnostics: We process minimized technical events needed to diagnose failures, monitor save and export reliability, and improve performance. These events are not intended to contain room photos, prompts, project content, property addresses, or contact details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the core design and planning tools (saving projects, calculating dimensions, etc.).
• Sync your design projects across multiple devices via your account.
• Manage your "Pro" subscriptions and access to premium design assets.
• Analyze app performance to improve the user interface and tools.
• We do not sell your personal information or your home design data to third parties.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We only share data with service providers essential to the app’s operation:

• Supabase: For authentication, database, private file storage, project synchronization, configuration, first-party analytics storage, account deletion, and backend functions.
• RevenueCat: For subscription entitlement and purchase-lifecycle management. When you delete your account in the app, our authenticated backend also requests deletion of the associated RevenueCat customer record.
• Other processors and legal disclosures: OpenAI and fal.ai process selected AI requests; Meta processes limited advertising-measurement events only under the controls above; Apple provides platform and payment services. We may disclose information when required by law or in connection with a lawful business transfer.
