This Privacy Policy explains how Apex: AI Car Photo Video Maker (“Apex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Apex iOS application and related services.

1. INFORMATION WE PROCESS

We may process the following categories of information:

• Account information provided through Sign in with Apple, including an Apple-provided user identifier, name, email address, or private relay email address. • Photos, videos, vehicle details, vehicle nicknames, prompts, reference images, and creation settings you submit. • Generated images and videos, generation status, saved creations, and associated metadata. • App Store purchase, subscription, entitlement, transaction, and credit-balance information required to complete purchases and restore access. Apex does not receive your full payment-card information. • Device and application information required for authentication, fraud prevention, Firebase App Check, push notifications, security, and service reliability. • Crash reports and limited diagnostic information. • Product interaction analytics only when you provide analytics consent within the app. • Support communications and information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.

1. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We process information to:

• Create and manage your Apex account. • Authenticate you through Sign in with Apple. • Train and maintain a private, reusable profile for your vehicle. • Generate the photos and videos you request. • Store, restore, display, download, and share your creations. • Process subscriptions, purchases, credits, refunds, and purchase restoration. • Send requested service and generation-completion notifications. • Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical failures. • Provide customer support. • Maintain and improve service performance and reliability. • Comply with legal, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

1. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Apex uses carefully selected service providers to operate the service:

• Apple provides Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, subscriptions, and payment processing. • Google Firebase provides authentication, cloud database, private file storage, server functions, push notifications, App Check, analytics, and crash reporting. • RevenueCat manages subscriptions, purchase entitlements, and purchase restoration. • fal.ai-hosted AI services process submitted vehicle references and creative instructions to produce requested images and videos.

These providers process only the information required to perform their services and operate under their respective contractual, privacy, and security obligations.

1. AI PROCESSING

Photos, reference media, prompts, and generation settings may be sent to our AI-processing provider solely to complete the generation you requested. Provider storage is configured for limited retention where supported. Accepted outputs are copied into private Apex storage before temporary provider media expires.

We do not use your private vehicle photos or creations for advertising. We do not authorize service providers to use your content to train unrelated public models.

1. STORAGE AND RETENTION

Account information is retained while your account remains active.

Vehicle references and generated creations are retained until you delete the relevant item, delete your account, or the applicable storage or recovery period expires. Temporary uploads, failed generation files, and provider outputs may be removed automatically after limited operational periods.
