These Terms govern your use of the PHYSIQ iPhone app. By using PHYSIQ, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What PHYSIQ does

PHYSIQ helps adults create consistent physique photo check-ins, view visual trends, compare check-ins and receive AI-assisted progress summaries. Outputs are estimates based on images and user-provided context.

2. Not medical advice

PHYSIQ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor disease. Body-fat ranges, physique scores and summaries are visual estimates—not DEXA, hydrostatic weighing, clinical assessment or professional medical advice. Do not use PHYSIQ to make medical, medication, eating-disorder or emergency decisions. Consult a qualified professional when health decisions matter.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use only photos of yourself or people who gave informed permission
• Provide lawful content and use the app for lawful personal purposes
• Keep lighting, pose and distance consistent when comparing results
• Independently evaluate AI outputs and stop relying on any result that appears unsafe or implausible
• Not attempt to extract, abuse, resell or overload PHYSIQ's app credentials or OpenAI access
• Not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it

4. AI outputs

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent. Similar photos may produce different estimates. Quality is affected by lighting, pose, clothing, camera angle, body shape and image quality. PHYSIQ may reject a photo or provide a broad estimate instead of a precise result. You retain responsibility for how you use outputs.

5. PHYSIQ Pro subscriptions

PHYSIQ may offer auto-renewable weekly and yearly Pro subscriptions. The intended United States prices are $7.99 per week and $69.99 per year; the App Store displays and confirms the actual localized price before purchase.
