PHYSIQ is designed to keep check-ins private, consistent and easy to recover.

Quick help

Analysis will not start

• Confirm you have an internet connection.
• Make sure AI processing is allowed in Profile → AI access.
• Keep PHYSIQ open while analysis runs.
• If a request times out, use Try again once. Failed attempts do not consume the local monthly allowance.

Camera is unavailable

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → PHYSIQ and allow access. PHYSIQ uses the camera only for guided check-in photos.

The photo is too dark

Face a window or use even room lighting. Keep the full torso visible and avoid strong backlighting. Retake with the same distance and pose used in earlier check-ins.

Restore PHYSIQ Pro

Open Profile → Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple ID that purchased the subscription. If Apple reports no active entitlement, review your subscriptions in iOS Settings.

Cancel a subscription

Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PHYSIQ. Billing and refunds are controlled by Apple.

Export or delete data

Open Profile → Privacy & data. Export creates a protected temporary copy for the iOS share sheet. Delete all permanently removes local check-ins, photos, results, preferences, reminders and AI consent.

Share a progress card

Open a result or Progress, tap Share progress, choose Square or Story and preview the branded card. Photos are off by default; turn them on only when you want the selected photo included.
